For example, as tax attorneys we keep taxation at the forefront of every entity formation, structuring and restructuring, and joint venture or M&A transaction. We don’t need to bring in a tax attorney after the fact (or even as a second set of eyes), because every communication, proposal, term sheet or agreement is handled by a tax attorney. This also reduces client costs by eliminating layers of attorneys on every business transaction.

In most of our deals BigLaw is on the other side of the table and our experience reflects that. However, because our firm is run with significantly less overhead and cost, our fees can be provided at a lower cost. We see that our clients appreciate our efficiencies and value.
